a heavyweight tee built around hawaiʻi's state fish, the humuhumunukunukuāpuaʻa, and a redesign that had a lot to live up to.

the name does two things at once: humu² marks this as the second release in the design line, and nods to humu humu, the familiar shorthand tucked inside the fish's full legendary name.

design notes: humuhumunukunukuāpuaʻa, reimagined with a stronger silhouette and filled with flowing curls, carved lines, and repeating geometric detail. clean and bold from a distance. the closer you get, the more it opens up. pattern work through the face, body, and fins that rewards a second look. finished with a woven kailua hi sleeve label.

100% ringspun organic cotton 8 oz / 240 gsm, custom milled heavyweight fabric gots-certified from raw materials to dyes a special knitting process and once-washed finish give it an almost sueded hand. substantial yet refined, closer to luxury knitwear than a standard tee
