this is very form fitting and tight around the waist. sizing up won't really change the fit. for a relaxed fit try the be pono UV sunshirt

this is a soft and premium long sleeve rash guard.

it's a heavier rash guard coming in at 6.6 oz per square yard.

rinse after saltwater or chlorine• wash cold • hang dry (no heat) • no bleach/softeners • do not dry clean or iron
avoid contact with rough surfaces and velcro fasteners as they can pull out the fibers in the fabric, damaging its appearance.
